I had the opportunity last week to tour the Wrangler Idea House located in Branson, Missouri. This dreamy mountain home is located in Stone Bridge, a gated, golf community. The rolling mountain views from the home are breath taking. The house has over 6,000 square feet of living space. The good news is that it just went on the market at a bargain price and it comes fully furnished! Today we'll walk through the living room.
As you enter through the front door, you walk into the main living room. There are three total and that doesn't include the media room! There are also four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two powder rooms. In addition there is a wonderful bonus room with sweeping views that would make a great home office, studio, or whatever you have in mind. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with lots of storage space, a formal dining room, large breakfast area open to the kitchen, huge laundry room, large back entry and over sized garage with additional storage. Ready to move in yet?
It's hard to know what to look at first but the amazing architecture such as this living room ceiling caught my attention right away.

I really like this wall detail that covers the entire breakfast room and is used as wainscoting in the dining room. It seems simple to re-create. It has a lattice feel to it and is a bit more elegant than bead board.
The wood strips were applied directly to the wall and topped off with a piece of trim.
My favorite vignette was this one. I really love the flowers on the wall. I had to keep coming back to just stare at them! Hope you're inspired. Bye for now.
