My niece sent me some great pictures of her dining room in the "fall" mode. She and her girls brought leaves in from outside and put each person's name on them in metallic paint pen for each place setting. Elegant, inexpensive, and unique. I agree, very creative. Using natural elements, like leaves, berry's, branches, etc. brings in a warm, rich, effect. I think no matter how much we try...we'll never match natures palette.

I agree with you completely Sara! I love elements from nature in the house. I was browsing at Pottery Barn and they had a chunk of driftwood with gold leaf on it. I'm pretty sure it was over $100.! I had to laugh but I did love the idea.
